Blog moved!
We've moved to here!
After around 2 weeks, I'm back at blogger. I shall write all that had happened in this week in the next few posts. Anyway, I'm just back from Malaysia on Friday for my Sabbaticals, so expect me to write about the 4 days 3 nights trip.
Today I received my Literature Test result. I got A2! Actually I thought I got B4 as I had expected. Mr. Krison's "18" looked like a "15", which resulted to me thinking I got only B4 instead of A2. Anyway, I think I did quite well for this term. In our class, the lowest is only B4,a grest improvementfrom last term when we had 2 C5s, 9 B4s, 5B3s, 5A2s and5A1s. This time we had 10 A1s and no C5s!
Recently, Mr Lee had a conversation with me during Reading Period. He said that I am too quiet that sometimes when he called my name, someone would be wondering who is he calling. (Yes, I agree.)
He also said that if I kept quiet, I would not get OP points, and thus not able to be exempted from any End-of-year Examinations. Then he said that even during the conversation, I also did not say anything but only nod or shake my head and so he forbade me to nod or shake my head.
He also asked me if I had any difficulties in my studies or with my classmate. He also asked me if I find Yi Chao as irritating or annoying as before. I told him that Yi Chao is still irritating but not as much as before. He no longer stamps his feet, sings funeral songs or makes funny sound effects.(Although he still do so sometimes).I think the reason why I don't talk so much in class is because I am too shy and seldom have the courage to do so. I think that should be why. My parent had already told me about this (Javan had told them that I was too quiet in class during the time Mr. Quek wanted the CMC members to call the parents of everyone to make sure that all the parents are aware of the "Operation Bookworm" and whether the students are forging signatures.).
Today is NPCC day. I am just so excited that I can't fall asleep last night. Anyway, I will have to reach school by 6:15 and then go to the Drill Shed to get ready for the things which are coming up later.
Today there are two tests(even though it may seem as if there is no tests today). The two tests are a Malay Test(so if you are not in MSP1B, you will not know about it.) and eye test(Is that cnsidered a test!?!).
Today there are two tests -- Infocomm Studies and Geography. I think I did quite well for IS but not for Geography(I think I will at most get a B4 only) .
Today, I attend a workshop by Mr. Tan Chee Wee on "Groups". This talk is held for Maths week.Through this talk, I learned more about sets and groups.
We were also introduced to a game called "Peg Solitaire". It is a fun game which you would have to clear all the pegs on the board.Mr. Tan showed us how this game is related to "Groups" and how "Groups" are useful in our life.
If you liked to play "Peg Solitaire", or wants to know how to play it, click here.
I can't believe it. I got A1 for my English Comprehension. (I had thought that I will get B3 or B4.) Actually, I got A2(29/40).I scanned through the whole script, hoping that I could find that 1 mark to acheive an A1. Mr. Quek accepted my answer "most poisonous" as a meaning of "deadliest" for Question 13a), and this is how I got my 1 mark and the A1(30/40). The highest in our class for this comprehension is Lim Yong Quan and Yu Run Ze (They both get 34/40). I hope that I will get as good throughout the year for all the subjects.
Today, during our Chinese teacher's lesson, there was a "war" in our class. What had actually happened was like this...
